Slipper envy!

I got my new slippers in the mail today! They were made by sweet Native friends from the village I visit each summer. They also make barrettes, purses, eyeglass holders . . . all manner of beautiful beaded things.

These ladies are raising kids and grandkids and their handiwork helps put food on the table.
